It is always our intention to secure payment of a debt without the necessity of legal proceedings but rather to negotiate a suitable outcome with the debtor and avoiding prolonged litigation.

As a last resort we will undertake court action on our clients behalf on receipt of instructions and will advise the "up front" costs before proceeding.

We would also point out that most States have Tribunals and Minor Debt Courts whose jurisdictions allow claims up to a value of $40,000.00 any one claim without the necessity of legal representation.

Unlike many collection agencies CCSA is not owned by a legal firm but we do utilise the services of various solicitors should the need arise.
