Unfortunately it is not uncommon that there are times when a client advises when lodging their debt that the debtor has left the address and that they are unable to find that person.

 

CCSA in the normal process of collecting your debt have many available databases to attempt to locate the debtor. This is free of charge to our clients in our attempt to establish the whereabouts of the debtor. Our success rate in finding debtors is extremely high.

 

In the unlikely event of CCSA not finding your debtor a general skip trace is placed on the person and we are advised of their new address as soon as it becomes available.
